  1. Tee pee. I get it! Yesterday I noticed 5 twelve packs of it in the back of my wife’s car. I asked (hopefully) if we had a grudge against a high school teacher and a childish revenge plan or something. Alas no. Just on sale.

  2. I have been racking my brain trying to remember what name you Americans call “coriander” for a couple of weeks now… thanks!

  3. “cilantro” is usually in it’s fresh form,usually to be accompanied with lime or some hot and spicy flavors. coriander is a thing in a jar in the spice cabinet. i didnt know they were the same thing.

    If you’re making some real fancy type chili, it is a good idea to use both the ground coriander seed and then mix in the fresh cilantro at the end. Being they are the same plant, they complement each other beautifully!
