  1. Listen to Israel Mr Chen! For the first 20 seconds I thought they were sending Richard Cheese to Helsinki.

  2. No, no, Ukraine! Ukraine is possibly one of the most insane things I have ever seen.

  3. What I like about Ukraine is the hat – the shape is reminiscent of the hats worn by early Soviet infantry – only, you know, with a star on top and covered in a disco ball. (Wish I could find a picture of one of those Soviet hats, but I’m not remembering enough specifics to google image search this right.)

  4. it think that this year Malta has to win of at least clasified with the top 3 because it’s a very original song so you all watching this comment vote for Malta this year so in 2008 we all go to Malta and to those buitiful Islands !!! Dylan from Denmark

  5. Yes I agree with the Denish comitor, and I think that Malta This year must win the eurovision because some of the buitifull ballad songs were from Malta like angel and 7th wonder so this year I think that if Malta wins in 2008 it will be a very good responsible Eurovision so lats give a chance to Malta and you ‘ll be saticfied next year !!! and even estonia this year have a very good song, but my 1st prefirence this year goes to Malta :)

  6. I am proud to be a target of the Maltese Eurovision viral marketing campaign or interested parties who have made both comments above using the same email address. Go Ukraine.

  7. All over for another year. Of course, the British broadcast is more similar to Mystery Science Theatre than American Idol. And I have a hangover.

  8. I didn’t quite get the eurovision enthusiasm, and then the other day I somehow randomly stumbled across the Ukraine entry, and now everything is more (or possibly less) clear to me. This is not the eurovision song contest of my youth.
