wait. why would you go for the one *without* kung fu panda? ::head explodes::
Supposedly tofu is bad now. Because its unfermented. And processed. And has plant estrogen. Tempeh is better they say. I don’t think it ever goes on sale though.
tofu has always been bad for you! just look at any vegan or a prisioner in jail, where contant complains of indigestion, gas and foul taste follow any mention of “tofu”. i do, however, enjoy cold soft tofu with fruit as a treat.
Tofu is delicious and is great for you! Take a look at the scientific journals; that bit about it being bad was a smear attempt from the gigantic meat industry.
I was about to buy a bag of rice from the supermarket last week when there was an announcement over the sound system asking if I knew that potatoes contain more nutrients than rice.
I thought about ditching the rice and picking up some potatoes, but I was quite sure that if I had done that, there would have been a counter-announcement regarding the virtues of rice.
I am sure tofu is delicious and great for you, but I am equally sure it is bland and terrible for you. It is all a matter of political/ideological agenda. I don’t think science has much to do with anything.
My agenda is that potatoes are much too heavy to carry home.
