I am in the class of people working from home and definitely not essential.
A couple of years ago I would have been unable to work from home and also definitely not essential.
At least it’s a step in some direction.
I think Girl is equating hours to people in a “What is a man…” sort of way, saying the day only has power of us as 24 hours working together. Just my take on it. I’m essential so I gotta save my empathy hours for after i get home and shower vigorously.
