My grandmother had cable, so when we had dinner at her house we the children would take the opportunity to watch Nickelodeon. By the time dinner was over Nickelodeon was showing programs like Donna Reed and Dobie Gillis. We did not enjoy these shows, but we watched them anyway. Just for the experience of watching cable.
I like Seattle. When we got hell of snow last Christmas, people were sledding down the streets on cardboard boxes, mattresses, or anything else they could get their hands on.
