I’d say it goes more along the lines of Idealistic

I’d say idealistic with a heavy dose of realism.

if you work enough to have money to keep yourself afloat and some slight spending money without working to have as much money as possible, youll live a fairly enjoyable life

But if everyone entertained themselves by creating, then nobody would be there to consume said creations and the system would still be self-defeating.
