    Girl’s argument is basically a defence of the lo-fi indie recording aesthetic she slags elsewhere.

    I guess being inconsistent adds to the comic’s verisimilitude. :D

    I kinda hate to be this guy, but can I either A)point out or B) Get an explanation of-
    The misspelling of verisimilitude?
    And really, I’m hoping it’s a pun I didn’t get.

    @Lucio – perhaps it is the low def spelling?

    Here’s the pun:
    Each use of verisimilitude is missing one i. That’s two eyes, which is the number most people have. You know, the “majority”. The majority also have TVs, so the joke falls back upon itself. In the uk we have itv.

    Private eyes are private investigators and are often called PI. Like Magnum PI. Magnum is a type of gun. I have an uncle who got shot in the eye. He only has one eye, so he isn’t in the majority. He fetishises difference and owns a Pavement box set.

    I have a certain friend who could very well play Girl in the live-action TV show, and one day I caught her watching What Not to Wear. It’s good to know that Cat and Girl misses not the smallest detail.

    Aw, now the comic’s fixed and these comments about verisimilitude are now irrelevant and I am out of the loop.

    On the plus side, “Sex Beach” would probably have the highest ratings of any television show ever created, especially if Jon Hamm was somehow involved.

    @Krimson

    You need to start thinking outside the box. What about “Sex Beach with Boobs”?
