All comes down to management style. If your boss is the Office Duke sort, proclaiming his orders from On High, of course these sorts of things happen. But if you’ve got a good old fashioned Trench Boss it makes things go much more happily. It seems to me that the important bit is knowing your role and their role and how these roles synergize into getting the mission accomplished. Work together, I guess that’s all I’m trying to say.
There are the socially introspective and the socially introspective who know that it’s better to just go along with it. Then a very small percentige who never know or care.
