Good timing. All morning people have been saying things would be turning around now. I sure hope they’re right, but I’m ready to take Girl’s advice

    “All morning people have been…”

…waitaminit! Is this comic a metaphor for something?

This comic is like a metaphor.

The comic is a simile to make us smile! (there is a circle in hell for jokes like that one.)

Oh Cat. Oh Girl. I can see why you two always hang out together.

Is it wrong to hope things don’t turn around?

Let’s at least hope things don’t turn around all the way. A 360-degree turn is the same as doing nothing.

I couldn’t help it. This comic was just too right for this past week and I used the picture on my blog along with your next post at dyslexicresearch.blogspot.com

Please tell me if you are uncomfortable in any way about it and I will remove it. I absolutely love your comic.

It seems to me that they should try to either change the direction for themselves or leave the boat. Either way you take your chances with the waterfall but it’s better than not trying.

Hey, maybe the waterfall’s the way to turn around? A 360 along the vertical axis would be awesome!(It’s a flip.)

Does anybody know the play The Visit by the Swiss writer Friedrich Dürrenmatt? One could read this comic as a metaphor/allegory for the play (in my opinion, at least) save in the end there is a ride but not really one that is to be enjoyed.
Besides, I wonder if Dürrenmatt’s known in the US or anywhere else?

Bottom is a few months away and that waterfall is a good indicator for the continued slide. Econolyptic yummyness prevails.
