You don’t serve fish at a wedding because holy shit is that thing susceptible to spoiling easy when served in large amounts.
I mean, you can, but damn is it a risk.
Not to mention, I don’t know about where you live, but here, maybe 1/5 of the people would actually want to eat the fish.
