    Not really. The action comes from subconscious conditioning and then the conscious mind rationalizes the action. You can see it very easily in a variety of tests, both physical and psychological.

    Sprayette, re-read the quote. She isn’t saying that action happens without thought. She’s just saying that the thought by itself, without any action, is meaningless.

    That’s silly, I have tons of thoughts that I do nothing about, and they do form my identity. Is this how neurotypical people think about thought?
