If they both have facebook, won’t the phone number sync automatically to girl’s new phone? (In fact, similar if both old and new phone were Android?)
I know it’s geeky, but problems have solutions. :)

… also, how does she leave the house without a spare battery?

Thanks, Azundris, for completely missing the point of this particular Cat and Girl installment. Also, I have never left the house with a spare battery for anything, and I do just fine.

Anne, I think you are missing the point that Azundris was deliberately missing the point for comic effect.

This semi-describes my life. My phone has over 200 names, some of which are actually businesses, and those people may or may not be connected to me with over platforms. I’ve fallen out of contact and now I have to figure-out which numbers are still good. I’ve spent three nights so far texting and calling and I’m not done.

Azundris: Maybe one of them has a dumb phone that subtracts minutes for everything, including 800 calls.

Icrl: I came into alt.gothic in 2005 and used Google. A friend of mine gave me a shell account on one of his machines. I so prefer using slrn over Google.

I have actually overheard conversations like this. All these ways to contact each other dismissed til just walking by on the street and throwing a rock with a note to it through their window probably is the only surefire method, followed by keying it into the paint job on their car.
