Ah, it’s good to see Cat and Girl back to their destructive roots. And they seem to be enjoying themselves!

Girls words sound familiar, like the lyrics of a song…

Haha bout time Girl saw the bright side of things and did something about it! like that Cat has a saw. nice.

Cat reinforces the idea that any time is cake time!

Although something tells me I don’t want to know what that saw is for (unless it’s for swashbuckling sawfights, in which case I’d totally want to see that).

It’s definitely this week for me too… i love how girl is stealing books with a snorkel, how rebellious!

It kills me that I can’t figure out what’s going on with the house in the background. Is that smoke? Did Cat set the house on fire to cover the tracks of his cake-pillaging? Maybe the house has rebelliously grown a tree out its front door. Either way, I love the look on Girl’s face.

As far as I’m concerned, you get it or you don’t.

It’s that week that you suddenly realize that all of your colleagues being on vacation means you have to do twice the work in half the time. Except for the fact that there’s no one there see whether or not you did the work.

It’s that week that you take the train, or drive on the highway and think “Did I miss something? Were we not supposed to drive today?” and then realize that it’s just.. that time of the year.

It’s that week that you share that funny look with people you walk by on the sidewalk, that look of “So.. how’s your week?”.

It’s that week that you spend more time than normal looking out the window at home and daydreaming, mostly because the only thing on are repeats, and then realize: holy crap! I can do whatever I want and no one would know!!

this too me is this week. next week is the first week of school for most students and a lot of people have taken off.
i work in hotel reservations, and it is unbelievable how many people always choose this week to travel. its like they squandered the entire summer and want to make up by getting away to the places everyone else is getting away to.

I get to work on Labor day, but I still got a speech on Labor day safety.

Every time something like this happens, I lose a marble. I don’t know how many I have left.
