So, um… do you always re-draw a new picture of your six pack of beer, or do you cheat, and recycle the image. I would think it should save you considerable time keeping some form of FOLDER of REPEAT IMAGES that you can just pull in.
Examples: Beer_six pack.gif and Beer_twelve pack.gif :D
That should allow you more time to Sleep, Drink, Draw, or wait in line at the Post Office.

Better yet, why not outsource those oft used images to Pakistan? You can spend time drawing the kind of things that Americans should be drawing, like race-cars.

that would become weird, because eventually, wed see a donation derby featuring dorothy paying for the outsourced beer drawings to pakistan.

I’m also wondering about painting- it looks kinda like “american gothic”, proportion-wise, but with blenders.
