    Greek yoghurt is shockingly easy once you get accustomed to it. I buy regularly organic milk from a mobile dispenser which is also much cheaper than industrial milk. The same night, I boil a part of it to mix it with a spoon of the last week’s yoghurt to get a new batch of yoghurt in the morning, finally to strain to the desired density. Greek yoghurt here in Italy costs between 6-10 euros/kg. Home made yoghurt is made from milk 1.20/lt. Some evaporate and you spend money for gas/electricity and lose some time, but in the end it’s the best way to eat it without guilt : )
