And the Happy Schnapps Combo. Honestly, it’s possible that polka made a spectacular comeback while none of us were paying attention, hung around for a few years waiting for its audience to materialize, and left disappointed.
I’ve not only heard of Brave Combo, I’ve heard them, and maybe not only on the Prairie Home Companion. I like just about any music (except a lot of country) for which I can understand the words.
